Making sweets is what we do, and we do it every day from early morning until the evening. The shop at Sector 12 Z 261 B is not very big, but we make it work for us. Usually, there are big pots of milk or sugar syrup boiling away in the back. It gets quite steamy and the floors can be a little sticky sometimes from all the sugar. That is just the nature of being a halwai. We don't have any fancy displays or expensive furniture. We just have the glass cases for the sweets and a few places to sit if someone wants to eat right there. People from the neighborhood come by for festivals or just when they want something sweet after dinner. We know a lot of the families around here because they have been coming to us for years. It is a simple life, just mixing and cooking and selling. Sometimes we get really busy and it feels a bit chaotic with everyone talking at once, but we always manage to get through the orders. We don't really think about things like branding or marketing. We just focus on the food and being at our spot in Sector 12. If you are looking for us, look for the sign at Z 261 B.
