Pankaj Cares Foundation

Pankaj Cares Foundation is located at G-19 in Sector-6 of Noida, which is right in the middle of a lot of industrial activity. It is a busy part of Gautam Buddha Nagar, and the streets are always full of people moving about. Our building is a simple one, nothing too flashy on the outside or the inside. We have a main room where most of us sit, and it can get a bit loud when everyone is talking at once. The air conditioner works most of the time, but when it does not, we just open the doors and use the fans. Working in Sector-6 means we are close to a lot of other businesses, so there is always a place nearby to grab a quick snack or a tea. We spend a lot of our day just making sure the paperwork is in order and that we are following up with the people who reach out to us. It is not a complicated operation. We have a few computers that are a bit slow, and the printer sometimes jams when we are in a hurry. Most of the staff has been around for a while, so we know each other's habits pretty well. We do not really do big meetings or fancy presentations. We just sit down, look at what needs to be done for the day, and start doing it. It is a practical way to spend the week, and we get through the pile eventually.
