Panchtatva Sanrakshan Foundation

Up on the 21st floor of Tower Kosmos in Jaypee WishTown, things look a bit different for Panchtatva Sanrakshan Foundation. We are way up there in Sector 134, so we get a decent view of the area when the smog isn’t too thick. Even though it is a high-rise building, our office does not feel very corporate. We have a lot of plants near the windows and the desks are cluttered with old notebooks and coffee mugs. The elevators in this tower can take forever in the morning, so we often end up chatting with people from other offices while we wait. Once we are inside, it is pretty quiet compared to the street noise down below. We spend most of the day on our computers or on the phone, trying to coordinate things across the city. It is a lot of logistics and talking to people. We do not have fancy leather chairs or a big conference table. Most of our meetings happen while we are standing around the water cooler or sitting on the edge of someone’s desk. It is a functional space, meant for working rather than showing off. Sector 134 is a bit of a developing area, so there is always construction going on nearby. We have a small fridge where everyone keeps their lunch, and there is a lot of debate about whose turn it is to buy milk for the tea. It is just work.
