Panasonic Avc Networks India Co. Ltd is situated at C-52 in Phase-II. It is a pretty large building compared to some of the other places nearby. Because it is a bigger facility, there is a lot of movement throughout the day with people coming in for different shifts. I work here along with a lot of others, and it feels like a very busy hive most of the time. The security at the gate is quite strict, so you always have to show your ID. Inside, there are long hallways and big rooms filled with equipment. It isn't a cozy office; it is more of a professional workspace where everything has its specific place. The canteen is where most of us catch up during the break. The food is okay, nothing special, but it gets the job done. We have a lot of protocols to follow, which makes sense given the kind of electronics we handle. Even though it is a big name, the daily grind is much like any other job. We have our routines and our usual spots to sit. The noise of the machinery is a constant background hum that you eventually stop noticing. Phase-II is a huge area, and it can take a while to get in and out during rush hour. We just keep things moving and try to stay on top of the production schedule every day.
