Our place is at G-107 in Sector-63, right over in Noida. It is near the HCL area, so there are always lots of people commuting and moving around here. Padiyath Victory Chits Private Limited has been operating out of this spot for a while. Noida is a fast-moving city with a lot of big buildings, but inside our office, we try to keep things a bit more grounded and simple. We handle chit funds and the usual stuff that goes along with that kind of work. It is not a glamorous job, but it is necessary for the people who work in the surrounding offices and neighborhoods. The 201301 area of Gautam Buddha Nagar is quite modern, but we try to keep our interactions personal. We are not a giant bank where you are just a number; we are a private company where you can actually talk to the person in charge. Our office has a few desks and some old metal cabinets for all the records. Sometimes the elevators in the building are a bit slow or out of order, but we do not mind. It gives us a chance to talk to people in the hallway. We do not have any big corporate slogans. We just focus on making sure the collections are right and the payouts happen when they are supposed to. Most of our day is spent on the phone or working through simple spreadsheets. It is just us, a small team in Noida, doing our jobs.
