Paaji Kulcha Foods Llp

Down in Leisure Valley at Sector Dadri, we’re running Paaji Kulcha Foods. It’s a bit of a squeeze sometimes in our spot at FLAT NO. LG-25, but we make it work. We mostly focus on kulchas and the kind of stuff you want to eat when you’re out and about. We started this because we liked the food ourselves and realized others might too. There’s always flour on someone’s apron and the smell of the tandoor going in the back. Being in Gautam Buddha Nagar means we see a lot of different people coming through the GH-02 area. Some days are slower than others, but usually, once the afternoon hits, we’re on our feet until we close up. We don’t really do much advertising or anything like that. People just find us or they hear about the food from someone else in the neighborhood. We keep our supplies tucked away and spend a lot of time kneading dough by hand. It’s a lot of physical work, honestly. My hands are usually tired by the end of the shift. The space is in a busy residential area, so we have to stay organized so we don't get in anyone's way. We just want to make sure the food tastes like it’s supposed to every time. It’s not a corporate setup at all, just a few of us in the kitchen trying to do a good job.
