Outlander Realtors Private Limited

We have our office for Outlander Realtors Private Limited in the I-Thum building, specifically Unit 1238 in Tower B. We are located in Sector 62, on Plot No. A, 40, in Block A of the Industrial Area. It’s a big building, so it took us a little while to get settled in when we first moved here. The Industrial Area is always busy, with people coming and going at all hours. Being in Sector 62 means we are right in the thick of things. Our space is high up in the tower, so we get a decent view of the surroundings. We do real estate work every day, mostly focusing on the paperwork and coordination that comes with it. It’s a modern enough building, but our office feels lived-in. We have papers everywhere and the kettle is always on. It’s a professional enough spot, but we aren't stuffy about how we run things. We just do our jobs. People come to Tower B for all sorts of things, and we are just one of the many businesses here. It’s a lot of phone work and sitting at computers, checking on listings or updating our records. We’ve been here long enough that we know the security guards and the folks in the neighboring units. It’s a functional place to run a real estate company. We don’t try to impress anyone with fancy talk, we just handle the business at hand for everyone.
