Our office is out in Kasna, which is part of Greater Noida in the Dadri area. It’s a bit of a trek for some, but it’s where we’ve set up Oum Media Services India Private Limited. This part of Gautam Buddha Nagar is quite industrial and keeps growing every year. We are in a building that doesn't look like much from the outside, but inside we’ve got everything we need to run a media and services business. We focus on getting the work out the door on time. It’s not a place with a lot of decorations or fancy art on the walls. We have desks, chairs, and our systems, and that’s about it. The people who work here are local, and we all just want to do a good job and go home to our families. We handle a variety of service tasks, mostly digital, and we don't spend much time talking about fancy concepts or using big words to describe things. We just talk about what the client asked for and how to get it done without any errors. The roads around here can be rough when it rains, and the power goes out sometimes, but we have a backup and we keep moving. It’s a very grounded way to run a business. We aren't looking for awards or anything, we just want to keep the office running and make sure the people who hire us are satisfied with the results and our straightforward approach.
