Oskart Enterprises LLP is located in Sector-22, Noida, at I-117. This part of the city is a mix of houses and small businesses, so it has a more relaxed feel than the big office parks. Our office is part of a regular building on a street lined with trees and other small setups. Inside, the space is divided into a couple of sections where we have our desks and some storage for our equipment. It’s not a very modern office; we have older fans that click a bit when they’re on high speed, and the furniture is a bit mismatched. But it’s comfortable and we’ve made it our own. There’s a small front area where we keep some plants that actually seem to be doing okay. We don’t really do a lot of formal meetings here, it’s mostly just us working through our daily tasks. Sector-22 is a convenient location because there are plenty of places to grab food nearby and it’s easy for the staff to get here using local transport. We’ve been at this address for a while and the neighbors know us. It’s just a normal, everyday business environment where we handle our affairs without much drama. The walls have a few scuff marks from moving desks around, and the carpet is a bit worn in the high-traffic spots, but it feels like a real place where actual work happens every single day.
