We are based out of a house in Sector 46, over at B 177 in Noida. It’s a decent area, quite different from the fields we usually work with, but it’s where we handle all the coordination. We focus on organic agriculture solutions. This means we spend a lot of time talking to suppliers and trying to find good ways for people to grow things without using too many chemicals. The office is just a regular floor in the building. It’s where we keep all our records and meet with people who are interested in cleaner farming. Sometimes the traffic in Noida makes it a bit of a trek to get here, but once you’re inside, it’s quiet enough to get work done. We aren’t some big tech firm. We are just a few people who care about how food is grown. We spend our mornings on the phone and our afternoons looking at samples or checking on shipments. The space is a bit cramped with all the boxes and papers lying around, but we know where everything is. It’s an honest living. We try to help farmers understand that there are different ways to look at their soil and their crops. It takes a lot of patience and trial. Most of the time, we are just trying to keep up with the demand for better farming methods. It’s a small operation, but we stay busy every day of the week to keep things moving.
