Optimum Wealth Advisors LLP is our name, and you can find us at 1406 on the 14th floor of Lotus Boulevard in Sector 100, Noida. Being up on the 14th floor means we spend a fair bit of time waiting for the elevators, especially during the morning rush when everyone is arriving. The view from up here is mostly of other tall buildings and some of the greenery around the boulevard. The office itself is pretty basic. We have some desks pushed against the walls to make more room in the middle. It is not a fancy designer space, just a place where we do our work. We have a small corner where we keep the water cooler and some plastic cups. Noida is a busy place, and Sector 100 is no different. You can always hear a bit of the city hum even this high up. We use standard office chairs that aren't the most comfortable in the world, but they do the job. There is a lot of paperwork that comes through here, so we have boxes stacked in the corner sometimes. We try to keep it professional but we don't worry too much about if everything looks perfect. It is a working office, not a showroom. We get in, do the work, and that is about it. It is a steady pace most days. We like having a dedicated spot to come to every morning.
