Open High Catering Private Limited

We are over here in Sector 62 of Noida, right in the middle of all the office buildings. Open High Catering is mostly just us working in the kitchen every day to get meals ready for the people around here. It gets pretty loud when the lunch rush starts and we’re moving pots and pans around. We’ve been at this address, C-56/A, for a while now. Most days it’s just about making sure the food is cooked right and the delivery guys know where they’re going. People in Gautam Buddha Nagar know how busy this area gets, so we just try to keep up with the pace. It isn't anything fancy, just a group of us trying to make sure nobody goes hungry during their break. We spend a lot of time cleaning up and prepping vegetables for the next day. Sometimes the weather makes things hard, especially when it rains in Noida and the roads get messy, but we still show up and get the stoves going. We don’t have a big fancy office, just our workspace where we handle all the orders that come through. It’s hard work but it keeps us busy from morning until evening. We’ve gotten used to the noise of the traffic outside. Most of our time is spent checking the stock and making sure we have enough supplies in the pantry. It’s just how we run things here.
