If you head out towards Lonapur in the Chinhat area of Lucknow, you will find House No-64 where Omji Rubber Udyog Private Limited is based. It is a bit of a drive from the city center, and the roads can get dusty, especially with all the construction that always seems to be happening nearby. Our setup is pretty straightforward. We deal with rubber products, so the air usually has that specific smell of raw material that you get used to after a few days. The workshop area is where most of the activity happens, and the office is just a small corner where we handle the bills and orders. We don't have any shiny furniture or expensive decorations. Everything we have is meant for work. Most of the guys here have been working with rubber for years, so they know the material inside out. It is a hands-on kind of business. We spend a lot of time checking the quality of what comes in and what goes out to our customers. Sometimes the machines need a bit of extra attention, and things can get loud, but that is just how a factory works. We have a small group of people who show up every morning, do their shift, and make sure everything is packed right. It is honest work and it keeps us busy from dawn till dusk. We don't need any fancy titles to get the job done right.
