We operate out of Panchsheel Green, up on the tenth floor of C4. It’s a decent view of Sector 16B from up here. Oezn Private Limited started as a small idea and now we’re just here doing our thing day in and day out. Noida Extension is always noisy with all the new construction, but inside the flat, it stays quiet enough to actually get some work done. We aren't some massive corporation with a lobby and a receptionist. It’s just a practical setup where we can focus. Usually, the mornings are the busiest. We grab some coffee, sit down, and start going through the list. Sometimes the elevator takes forever, which is a bit of a pain when you're in a hurry. But that’s just how it goes living and working in a big complex like this. We’ve got a good group of people here. Everyone just knows their job and gets on with it. We don't really have big fancy speeches about what we’re doing. We just try to be useful and keep things running smoothly. The neighborhood has everything we need, so we don't have to go far for lunch or supplies. It's a good spot for us. We’ve been here a while now and it feels right. There’s always something to do, and we’re just happy to keep at it. Most days we finish up around six and head home. It’s a simple routine but it works.
