You can find Northeastern Shipping & Overseas India on the 4th floor of Ansal Plaza in Vaishali, Ghaziabad. Our office number is 4F-CS-51. Being in a mall like Ansal Plaza is actually quite convenient, even if it feels a bit strange to walk past shops to get to an export-import office. We handle shipping logistics and overseas trade stuff. Most of our day is spent dealing with customs forms, shipping lines, and tracking containers. It’s a lot of staring at spreadsheets and talking to people at the ports. Ghaziabad is a good place for us because it’s close enough to the main logistics hubs. The office isn’t huge, but we’ve managed to fit all our desks and filing cabinets in. We always have stacks of papers everywhere because the shipping industry loves its documentation. We don't really have any fancy decorations on the walls, just a couple of calendars and some maps that are probably a bit outdated now. We’re a small team, and we’ve been working together for quite a while. We just try to make sure that whatever someone is sending abroad actually gets there on time. It can be stressful when a ship is delayed or there’s a problem at the docks, but we just handle it as it comes. It’s just a normal job for us, and we try to keep things moving as smoothly as possible.
