If you head over to MG Road and look for New Shah Market, you will find us at Noak Lifestyle Private Limited. We are up on the first floor at shop number 18 in Phase II. It is a busy market area, so there is always a lot of shouting and horns honking outside our windows. The stairs up to the first floor are a bit steep, and we have carried many heavy boxes up and down those steps over the years. Our space is not very large, but we make it work by stacking things high. We deal with lifestyle products, which basically means whatever people need for their daily lives. The market gets really packed on the weekends, making it hard to move around, so we usually try to get our big chores done during the middle of the week. We have been here for a while and know the other shopkeepers on our floor pretty well. We share news and sometimes help each other out with change or moving stuff. There is no fancy decor in our office, just some desks, chairs, and a lot of inventory. It feels like a real workplace because it is. We do not have any scripts for how we talk to people. We just say hello and get to the point. It is just a regular local business trying to stay afloat in a very busy city market.
