Ninex Buildcon Pvt Ltd is based at Noida Sector 6 D 16. It’s a busy part of the city, and we fit right into the middle of it. Our office is a functional space where we spend most of our daylight hours. It isn't one of those glass towers you see in the movies. It’s a solid building with rooms that have seen a lot of work over the years. We keep our supplies organized, but there is always a bit of dust because that’s the nature of what we do. D 16 is easy to spot once you get into Sector 6. We have a small team here, so we all wear a lot of different hats. One day I might be answering phones, and the next I’m checking on supplies. We don’t have a big HR department or a PR firm handling our image. We just are who we are. Some of the furniture is a bit mismatched, and the tea mugs don't all have handles, but it works for us. We like the local vibe of Sector 6. It feels like people are actually doing things here. We don't use much marketing talk because we think the work should speak for itself. If you come by, you’ll see we are just regular folks trying to do a decent job. We don’t make things more complicated than they need to be, just daily effort.
