Our hospital is right on the Mini Bypass, just opposite Club-7 in Bareilly. It is a good location because people can find it without much trouble from the main road, and there’s usually some space to pull over. Being a multi-speciality hospital means we have different doctors coming in at different times throughout the week. The address is 00 Mini Bypass, Bareilly, and you just look for the building across from the club. We’ve got plenty of space inside for the different wards and rooms. It’s often a bit noisy outside because of the trucks and traffic on the bypass, but we’ve all gotten used to the sound by now. The staff here in Bareilly are locals who know the city well. We spend our days managing the flow of patients and making sure the doctors have what they need for their consultations. There is no corporate vibe here at all, just a lot of practical work and helping folks from the surrounding neighborhoods. We have a lot of big windows that let in light, which is quite nice during the cold winter months. The floors are tiled and easy to mop, which is good since we get a lot of mud tracked in during the rainy season. People come here for all sorts of reasons, some small and some a bit more serious. We try to keep the paperwork simple for everyone. It’s a busy life, but it’s just our life here in Uttar Pradesh.
