Navi Mumbai Sez Pvt.Ltd (Reliance Group) operates out of House No 490 in Sector 19, Block C. We are up here in Noida, which is a bit of a distance from the coast where the actual project names come from. It’s an office where we handle the paperwork and the planning stuff for the special economic zone. Most of the people here are just doing their daily jobs, looking at maps and talking to contractors or government officials. It’s not a fancy glass tower like you see in movies, just a regular place in a residential-ish block. People often ask why we are in Noida if the name says Navi Mumbai. Well, it’s just where the administration happened to set up. Sometimes the traffic on the way to Sector 19 is a bit much, especially in the mornings. We’ve been at this address for a while now. There’s a lot of paper moving back and forth between here and the actual sites. It’s mostly quiet work, keeping track of land and development rules. Nothing too flashy. Just a group of people making sure the project details are sorted out correctly. We try to stay organized, though sometimes the files pile up. It’s basically the engine room for the bigger things happening elsewhere. We're part of the Reliance Group, so that keeps us busy with plenty of standards to follow.
