Narayana Telecom

Our shop is number 90 in the Ch Fathe Mkt, right on the main road in Greater Noida. We have been running Narayana Telecom for a few years now. It is a small space, so it gets crowded pretty quickly when more than three people come in. We spend most of our time fixing mobile phones that have broken screens or batteries that won't charge anymore. The main road is always noisy and a bit dusty, so we are constantly cleaning the glass counters. We also sell things like screen guards, charging cables, and those little earphones that everyone seems to lose. My younger brother helps out in the afternoons when the market gets busy. We don’t have any big corporate rules here. We just look at your phone and tell you if we can fix it or if it is a waste of money. Most of our customers are locals who live nearby in Noida 201310. We try to get things done fast because we know people can't live without their phones these days. Sometimes a repair takes longer if we have to wait for a part to arrive from the city. We keep the shop open until late in the evening most days. It is just a simple, practical business for the community. If you see the big sign for Ch Fathe Mkt, you are in the right place.
