Nanhe Badhte Kadam Private Limited

Nanhe Badhte Kadam Private Limited is our little company based at BL-70 in Sector 116. We are right here in Noida, part of the Gautam Buddha Nagar district. We work with kids, which is what the name suggests, and we take it one step at a time. The office is a modest place. We don't have any of those glass walls or modern art you see in big corporate parks. It’s a cozy space where we get our daily tasks done. Uttar Pradesh is our home, and we like being part of the local scene in 201301. Most of our day is spent organizing things for the children and making sure everything is running as it should. It’s a lot of responsibility, but we enjoy it. We aren't trying to impress anyone with big words or fancy presentations. We just do the work. Sometimes we make mistakes, like forgetting to order more pens or having a messy desk, but we always fix them. It’s a very human way of running a business. We know the families in the area and they know us. We’ve been in Sector 116 for a while now and have seen it change quite a bit. Through all that, we just keep doing what we do. It’s a simple, honest business and we are glad to be here. We don't have a massive marketing budget. We just rely on people talking to each other. It’s worked for us so far.
