We are based out of Sector 49 in Noida. It's a busy part of town. Our office isn't too hard to find once you get into the area. Most of our work involves construction projects around Uttar Pradesh. Sometimes it feels like there is always a new building going up somewhere. We spend a lot of time on sites, wearing dusty boots and checking on progress. It's not a glamorous job. There are always delays with materials or the rain messes up the schedule. We just take it as it comes. Noida has changed a lot since we started out. The roads are different now. We try to stay organized, but with so many moving parts in building things, it gets messy. We don't use big fancy brochures. If someone wants to see what we do, they can usually just look at the sites we've finished. We have a small crew that has been with us for years. We know each other's habits by now. It makes the long days easier. Usually, we are just happy to get a project finished without too many headaches. Coffee runs and site visits take up most of our time. We keep our records in order and try to keep the neighbors happy when we're working nearby. It’s just how things go in the building trade. Sometimes the dust from the sites gets into our shoes and we trail it all over the office floor. No one really minds because it’s just the nature of the work.
