We’re based on the ground floor of B-72 in Sector-22, Noida. It’s a pretty easy place to find once you’re in the sector. Pacific Greens Infracon is a small group of us working on various construction and land projects. Noida is always growing, so there’s never a shortage of stuff to look at or plan. Our office is a bit cramped with all the files and samples we keep around, but it’s where we get most of our work done. We don't have a receptionist in a suit or a fancy waiting room. It’s just a place where we sit down and figure out how to get a project finished. We spend a lot of time on the phone with contractors and trying to find the right materials. Sometimes we’re out in the heat all day looking at sites, and other times we’re stuck here doing paperwork. We don't do much in the way of advertising. Usually, people hear about us from someone else we’ve worked with in the past. We try to be practical and direct with everyone. Things don't always go perfectly—sometimes there are delays or the costs go up—but we just try to be honest about it and find a way through. It's just a regular local business trying to make a name for itself in the busy Noida market. We’re just here working every day, making sure the plans we draw up actually turn into something useful for people living here in the community.
