Our office is at SD-154 in Sector-45, Noida. It’s a straightforward location in Gautam Budh Nagar. Mrdeva Medical Equipments & Consumables Private Limited is the name of our business. We mostly handle things like hospital supplies, tools, and the stuff doctors use every day. We have a warehouse area where we keep the inventory and a small office space for the paperwork. It’s not fancy. There are boxes everywhere most of the time because deliveries are always coming or going. We try to keep it organized, but when three trucks show up at once, it gets a bit messy. We’ve been in the 201301 area for a while now and we know the local routes well. It’s just a small team of us. We aren't some giant corporation with a thousand people. We know our customers by name and we know what they usually need. Sometimes a shipment gets delayed or a box arrives crushed, and we have to spend the afternoon sorting it out. That’s just part of the job. We don’t have a big marketing department. We just answer the phone and make sure the supplies get to where they need to go. It’s a simple business model and we like it that way. Most of the day is just checking orders and packing things up.
