Our business is tucked away on Station Road, right near the Maheshwari Cold storage in Atrauli. You have to look for Yogesh Maheshwari’s place to find us. Motilal Ji Edible Oils is a traditional kind of business. We deal with oil seeds and the pressing process. It’s a bit noisy when the machines are running, but we’ve gotten used to it. The smell of raw oil is everywhere here. We aren't some big city corporation with a glass office. Our office is just a room with a couple of desks and a lot of ledgers. Station Road is always full of people and carts. It can be hard to park sometimes. We have a few guys who handle the heavy lifting of the oil tins. It’s physical work and it can be messy.
