Mothers Interiors (P) Ltd.

Our shop is over at A-33 in Sector 10. It’s a fairly straightforward place without much fuss. We spend most of our time surrounded by samples of wood, bits of laminate, and drawings spread out on the desks. It isn't a very large space, so when we have a few people in at once, it feels quite full. We have been working out of this Sector 10 location for a while now and most of the people in the neighborhood know us. Usually, one of us is out visiting a site while the other stays back to handle anyone who walks in. The phone rings a lot with people asking about prices or when their stuff will be ready. We keep a few chairs for guests but they are usually covered in catalogs or tape measures. The walls are mostly covered with photos of things we have finished over the years. It’s not a polished showroom like you see in the big malls. It’s a working office where we actually get things done. We have a small kitchen in the back for making tea and that’s about it. Some days are slow and we just tidy up the samples, but other days we are busy from morning until late at night. We just try to get the measurements right and make sure the materials are what the customer asked for. It’s a small operation but we stay busy enough.
