Mothers Interiors (P) Ltd. is located at A-33 in Sector 10. This part of Noida is full of offices and workshops, and we’ve been here in this unit for quite a while. The building isn't anything special to look at, just a standard block, but it serves our purpose well. Inside, we have our design area and a small section where we keep samples of materials. It’s usually a bit chaotic with drawings spread out over the tables and different fabric swatches everywhere. We don't have a receptionist or a lobby. You just walk in and you'll probably find one of us working on a layout or talking on the phone with a contractor. We do things our own way here. We don't follow any corporate handbooks or use fancy jargon. We just look at what needs to be done for a space and try to figure out a way to make it work. Some days are stressful when deadlines are close, and we end up staying late. We drink a lot of tea and just keep going. It’s a small group of us and we’ve known each other a long time. We aren't interested in being the biggest company out there. We just want to do our work properly and keep the business running. We usually have some music playing softly in the background to help us stay focused while we work on the drawings and plans.
