Our company is Mother Sparsh Agro Food Llp. We are located out on Plot No Mauja Baderapart, specifically part of Kahsra 318. It is a bit of a trek to get out here, but that is where the land is. We are focused on agro food, which means we spend a lot of time thinking about what we grow and how it gets processed. The plot is where everything happens. It is not a polished office building. It is a working site. We have our hands in the dirt most days. We started this because we wanted to do something real with the land in Mauja Badera. There are a lot of challenges when you are working with food and crops. You have to watch the weather constantly and hope the Kahsra 318 soil stays good for the season. It is a lot of responsibility to manage the food side of things. We do not have a marketing team or anyone to write fancy stuff for us. We just work. The days are usually long, and we go home tired, but that is the nature of agro food work. We are just a small LLP trying to make a go of it. We take things one day at a time. If the crops are good, we are happy. If not, we just try harder next time. It is a simple way of living and working. No big corporate meetings, just us out on the plot. We deal with the logistics ourselves. It is messy sometimes, but that is the job.
