Mosokiya Pharmaceuticals Private Limited is based at 544/1045/001 in Ekta Nagar. We are right on Campwell Road in the Balaganj area. It’s a very busy street with people and cars everywhere. There are shops all over and constant traffic noise throughout the day. We’ve been here for some time now and we've gotten used to the pace. Our office isn't very large, so we have to be smart about how we use the space we have. Being in the pharmaceutical industry means we always have a lot of stuff to keep track of. Boxes are usually stacked up in the corners or against the walls. We don't mind it, though. It feels like a real, hardworking workplace. Most of the staff live in Balaganj or nearby, so they just walk or take a rickshaw to get here. We don't go in for fancy titles or that corporate culture you see on TV. We just talk to each other across the room. If someone needs help with a task, they just ask for it. We have our little routines, like having tea together at 4 PM every day. The noise from Campwell Road can be a lot sometimes, but you stop noticing it after you've been here a week. We’re just a small outfit trying to keep things running properly. We don't have a mission statement or any of that. We just show up and do what’s on the list for that day. It is a simple way to work.
