This branch of Moser Baer India Limited is located at C-500 in Beta-1, over in Greater Noida. It's a decent-sized space and we use it mostly for our administrative and back-office functions. The 201306 zip code area is pretty familiar to us now, and we've been operating out of this spot for a good bit of time. It’s not a fancy showroom or anything like that. It’s a functional office where people sit at their desks and handle the day-to-day logistics of the company. We have plenty of files to sort through and a lot of emails to answer. The atmosphere is generally quiet, though it picks up when we have meetings or when deadlines are approaching. We like being in Beta-1 because it’s relatively easy for the staff to get to work. There’s a bit of a routine here—arrive, check the messages, get the coffee started, and then get into the thick of the paperwork. We don't have a lot of bells and whistles. We just try to make sure everything is running smoothly behind the scenes so the bigger parts of the company don't have any issues. Sometimes things get a little disorganized when a big project comes through, but we usually find our way back to a normal rhythm soon enough. It’s just how things go when you have a lot of moving parts in a business like this. We keep things practical and move forward.
