We've been at C-23 in Sector-4 for quite a while now. Most days it's just us figuring out how these control devices are supposed to work properly. It gets noisy sometimes when the machines are all running at once. We started small, just a few of us in a cramped room, and eventually, we moved into this spot. The neighborhood has changed a lot, but our gate stays the same. We handle a lot of technical stuff, mostly parts that go into bigger machines. It's not glamorous work. There's a lot of grease and checking diagrams over and over. Sometimes the tea stall down the road is the highlight of the afternoon. We try to keep things organized, but on busy weeks, there are boxes everywhere. If you walk past, you'll probably hear the sound of someone testing a panel or shouting across the floor to turn something off. We don't have a fancy lobby or anything like that. Just a desk near the front and the workshop in the back. People know us as the Montel Delhi folks around here. We just focus on getting the devices put together so they don't break. It takes a lot of patience to get the wiring right. Sometimes a shipment comes in late and we have to stay late to sort it out. That's just how it goes in this line of work. We aren't doing anything revolutionary, just making sure the controls do what they are told. It's steady work and we like being in this part of town.
