Our base is House No. 36 in the Gail Society over in Greater Noida. We are situated in Sector Pi 1&2, which is a pretty quiet part of town. It’s mostly just houses around us, so we don’t get the constant city noise, which is a relief when you are trying to think. We’ve been working out of this spot for a while now. It’s a standard house layout, nothing too fancy or modern. We have turned a few of the rooms into our main working areas. You might see a few of us taking a break in the small garden area out front when the weather is nice. We aren't a big corporation with hundreds of employees. Being an OPC, it’s a small operation, and we prefer it that way because it means we know exactly what is happening with every piece of work. There’s no red tape or long meetings about meetings. We just sit down, look at what needs doing, and do it. Greater Noida is growing fast, and we see new buildings going up all the time, but Gail Society stays pretty much the same. It’s a comfortable place to run a consultancy. We don't use any big words to describe ourselves. We are just people who know how to handle consultant work and want to do it without any unnecessary drama. Sometimes the power goes out, and we just wait it out or use the backup. It's just life.
