Modular Architect

You can find us at B-70 on Jain Road in Sector 49, Noida. We are right opposite Prayag Hospital, so that's the easiest way to locate the building. The name of the firm is Modular Architect. We spend most of our time looking at drawings and plans. It’s a quiet enough area compared to the main roads of Noida. Being in 201304 is handy for us. The office is straightforward. We have some drafting tables and computers, and that’s about it. We don't have a flashy office just for show. It’s about the work we do every day. Jain Road can get a bit busy during the hospital visiting hours, but it’s manageable. We have a small team here. Everyone just knows their job and gets on with it. Sometimes we have to go out to sites, but the office is our main base. It’s a local business, and we’ve been at this address for a good while now. We keep things pretty informal around here. No one is really concerned with being corporate. We just want to make sure the designs are right. There’s a small park nearby where we sometimes take a walk during lunch. It’s just a normal life in a Noida architectural office. We don't make a big fuss about things. The building is a bit older, but it has good light. We just focus on the projects and keep moving along.
