Modex Hardware Pvt. Ltd. operates from D-50 in Sector-59. If you know the area, you know it’s mostly warehouses and small factories. Our building is a simple two-story structure. The ground floor is where we keep all the heavy stuff, and the small office is tucked away upstairs. It’s not the easiest place to keep clean because of all the metal and parts we handle, but we try our best. Most of us have been working here for a long time, so there’s a lot of talk about families and local news while we work. We don't have a big marketing team or anyone to write fancy brochures. We just know our hardware and how to get it to the people who need it. The traffic in Sector-59 can be a nightmare during the shift changes, so we’ve learned to time our breaks accordingly. There’s a small tea stall just outside our gate where most of us end up at least once a day. It’s a simple life. We don't have big corporate goals or anything. We just want to make sure the orders are correct and the customers aren't left waiting. Sometimes we get the numbers wrong and have to recount everything, which takes forever, but we’d rather be right than fast. It’s just a group of regular people trying to run a decent business without any unnecessary drama or complications.
