Mithas Hospitality Services LLP is based in the basement of B-109 in Noida, Gautam Buddha Nagar. Working in a basement has its own set of quirks, like how we never really know what the weather is doing outside until someone comes in with a wet umbrella or a dusty coat. We’ve been here in Noida for some time now. It’s a busy area and we’re right in the middle of it. Our team is small, just a handful of us who’ve known each other for years. We handle all sorts of hospitality services, mostly just sorting out the logistics and making sure the supplies get where they need to go. It’s not very fancy. We have some desks, a couple of filing cabinets, and a kettle for making tea. We spend a lot of time on our laptops, just keeping track of everything. Sometimes the noise from the street above gets a bit loud, but you get used to it. We don’t have any big corporate goals or anything. We just want to do our work properly and keep things moving without making a big fuss about it. It’s honest work and it keeps us busy. Noida is a tough place to run a business sometimes because everything moves so fast, but we just keep our heads down and focus on the tasks at hand. It’s just us doing our thing.
