MINDSHR CONSULTANCY (OPC) PRIVATE LIMITED is based out of Gaur City Center in Sector 4. We are in unit O-637. Since we are in a mall, there is always noise from the shops and people walking by outside our door. It is a lively place to be. Our office is not very big, but it is enough for what we do. We mostly focus on consultancy work, helping people find the right path for their careers or their businesses. It involves a lot of talking and listening. We spend many hours interviewing people or looking through resumes. Sometimes it feels like we are looking at the same thing over and over, but we try to stay focused. We have a small desk for the computer and a couple of chairs for visitors. There is usually a box of files in the corner that we haven't gotten around to sorting yet. We don't pretend to be a massive firm with thousands of employees. It is just a small operation here in Gautam Buddha Nagar. We take each day as it comes and try to be helpful to anyone who walks through the door. It is not always perfect, and sometimes we run out of pens or the printer jams, but we manage. We are just local people trying to run a decent business in a busy part of Noida and helping our clients as best as we can.
