You can find us at House no-3/1714 in the Avas Vikas Yojana-3 area. Ambedkarpuram in Kalyanpur is where we do all our daily tasks. Milkkopure India is basically a team of local people. We start very early in the morning because that’s when the dairy business is most active. It’s still dark out when the first of us arrive at the house. We use the space for everything from paperwork to managing the trucks. It’s not a big industrial site. It’s more of a home-grown business feeling. We have to deal with the typical Kalyanpur traffic and the narrow streets sometimes. It gets a bit chaotic when several things happen at once. We don't have a marketing department or anything. We just talk to our customers and do our jobs. The neighborhood knows us well by now. Sometimes the kids in the area play near the gates while we are loading up. We try to keep things clean and simple. It’s a lot of physical work, and our boots usually get a bit dirty. We don't mind. It's part of the trade. We focus on making sure the milk is handled correctly. There’s no secret to it, just being there every day and paying attention. We’ve been in Ambedkarpuram for a while and plan to stay. It is just us working hard to get things done correctly every single morning without fail.
