Maxim Design

Maxim Design is out in Sector 2 of Greater Noida West, in Noida Extension. We are based in Roshan Lal Plaza. This area is still being built up in a lot of ways, so there is often dust and construction noise around us. Roshan Lal Plaza is a decent enough building, though it’s not very old. Our office is just a plain room where we keep our computers and drawing boards. We do a lot of design work, so there are sketches and prints pinned to the walls. It isn't a fancy studio with mood lighting or expensive furniture. We just have what we need to work. Noida Extension is a long way from the older parts of the city, so it feels a bit different out here. There are a lot of new apartments going up nearby. We spend our days mostly working through projects and occasionally heading out to see sites. It’s a small operation, and we don't have a lot of extra staff. If the phone rings, one of us just picks it up. We try to keep things grounded and not get too caught up in being a 'design firm.' We’re just people who like to draw and plan things. It’s a quiet life in a growing part of the city. Usually, we wrap up early enough to beat the worst of the evening dust and traffic. It's a simple setup for simple people doing their jobs.
