We are over here at V-27 in Sector-12, Noida. It is a busy part of town and the noise from the machines at Maruti Techno Rubber Pvt. Ltd. usually starts pretty early in the morning. We have been working with rubber for a while now. Most days it is just us making sure the molds are right and the rubber is curing like it should. It gets hot in the factory, especially during the Noida summers, but we just keep at it. People ask what we do, and mostly we just say we make parts. It is not fancy work. Our building is easy to find if you know the sector well enough, though the turns can be tricky if it is your first time visiting us. We have a small team here. Some of the guys have been with us since we first opened the doors. We spend a lot of time checking the slabs and the sheets. Sometimes the machines act up and we have to spend half the day fixing a press. That is just how it goes when you work with heavy equipment. We do not have a big fancy lobby or anything like that. Just a desk and some chairs where we handle the paperwork. If you come by, you will probably see a truck loading up out front. We try to keep things moving so the floor does not get too cluttered with finished stock.
