Mariners Buildcon India Ltd

This office is based out of Sector 19 in Noida, specifically at B-90. It is a bit of a different setup because it’s run by Tanvi Chaudhary, who is the daughter of N.P. Dhankar. We are part of the Mariners Buildcon group but we handle things from this side of the city. Being in a residential sector like 19 makes it a bit quieter than the big commercial hubs, which is nice for getting work done without too many distractions. We spend most of our mornings checking on project updates and making sure the logistics for the construction sites are moving along. It is a lot of phone calls and emails back and forth. Sometimes the internet acts up or the power goes out for a bit, which is just part of living and working in Noida. We don’t have a big fancy lobby or anything like that. It’s just a practical space where we keep our files and meet with people when needed. The pin code here is 201301 if anyone is trying to mail us documents. We have been handling various building tasks for quite some time. It is steady work and we like being part of the local community here. We mostly just keep our heads down and try to stay on top of the schedule. Dealing with builders and contractors takes a lot of patience, but we have been at it long enough to know the routine.
