Manirattna Consultancy operates out of Sector 71 in Noida. Our spot is at BL-03, and it’s a pretty easy place to get to if you’re in the Gautam Buddha Nagar area. The office is set up for work, plain and simple. We have a few rooms where we handle all the consultancy stuff that comes our way. It isn't a place with marble floors or expensive art. It’s mostly just shelves full of files and desks with computers that have seen better days. We spend a lot of time on the phone or meeting with people who need help navigating their business hurdles. Noida is a fast place, but we try to keep our office a bit more grounded. We don't use a lot of big words or try to sound more important than we are. We are just a team that knows how to get things sorted. Often, we are here until late in the evening because that’s when the work gets finished. We share a lot of meals together in the small break area we have near the back. It’s a good environment, even if it gets a bit chaotic when several things happen at once. We’ve been at this for a while and have seen the neighborhood change around us. Through it all, we’ve just stayed focused on the daily grind. It’s not always glamorous, but it’s what we do and we’re okay with that. The 201301 area is where we belong.
