Makkhan Bhogh is located in Sector 137, inside the Exotica Fresco complex. We are in unit C-503. It’s a bit unusual for a food and beverage company to be inside a residential society, but it works for our setup. We don't have a giant warehouse or anything like that. Instead, we use our space efficiently to manage our orders. Most of our work involves coordinating between different suppliers and making sure things get where they need to go. It’s a lot of phone time. The view from the window is nice, though I usually don't have time to look at it. My wife helps me with the bookkeeping on the weekends. We have boxes stacked up in the hallway sometimes, which we try to clear out quickly. It’s a small-scale operation, just a handful of people. We don't wear uniforms or have big meetings. We just talk over tea and decide what needs to be done for the day. Sometimes the security at the gate makes it hard for our delivery guys to get in, which can be frustrating. We just have to be patient. We aren't a big fancy brand with a lot of money for ads. We just focus on the food and drinks we handle. It’s practical, honest work. We’ve been doing this for a while and we’ve learned a lot along the way. It’s just how we run the business here.
