We are located at A-27 in Noida, House Number 27 to be precise. Loesche India Pvt. Ltd., Noida has been here in Uttar Pradesh for a good while. Noida is full of offices like ours, but we try to keep things simple. The building is a bit older, and the street outside can get pretty muddy when it rains. We don’t have a big fancy entrance. You just walk in and you’re in the middle of it. We deal with industrial equipment, so there’s always something technical going on. It’s not a shiny corporate environment. There are stacks of paper everywhere and the hum of the computers fills the room. We spend a lot of time talking to the guys on the sites and making sure the supplies are moving. It’s a lot of logistics and planning. Sometimes we lose track of time because there’s so much to do. We don't have a lot of meetings about things that don't matter. We just talk about what needs to get finished by Friday. The office is small but it suits us. It’s where we do the real work of keeping the business running. We like being in Noida because everything we need is close by, even if the traffic is a pain in the afternoon. We grab lunch from the local market nearby and then get right back to the drawings.
