If you are looking for us, we are in Flat No. 412 at Sangam Enclave, which is in B Basai Brahuddin, Sector 70 in Noida. It is a residential building, so you have to come through the main entrance of the enclave. We have set up our office in the flat because it is easier and keeps us close to the ground. It feels more like a home than a workplace, which we actually like. We have our computers set up in the main room and a small space for meetings. Living and leading sounds like a big title, but for us, it is just about small daily actions. We work on a lot of different projects, mostly helping people in Noida and the Gautam Buddha Nagar area. The traffic in Sector 70 can be a bit much during rush hour, so we usually start our day a bit earlier to avoid it. We do not have any polished corporate stuff. Our walls have maps and to-do lists instead of awards. We drink a lot of coffee and try to stay on top of the emails. It is a small group of us, and we all do a bit of everything. From answering the door to managing the accounts, we just pitch in where it is needed. It is a practical way to run things. We are just regular people trying to do something good from a flat in Noida.
