Leadin Working Foundation

Leadin Working Foundation is based out of Gaur City-2 in Greater Noida West. Specifically, we are in G-2455 on the 12th Avenue. It’s one of those big apartment complexes where everything looks the same if you aren’t careful. Our plot is GH-03 in Sector 16C. Working from a high-rise area like this is different from a regular office. There are always people moving in or out and delivery bikes everywhere. We use one of the units as our main hub. It’s got a good view of the other towers and the park down below. The elevators are usually busy in the morning when everyone is heading out. We have a small table where we keep our laptop and some notebooks. It’s not very corporate. We don't wear suits or have big meetings. Usually, we just sit around with our coffee and figure out what needs to be done for the day. The walls are painted a simple off-white and we have a few plants on the balcony that we try to keep alive. Sometimes the wind gets really strong up here on the 12th Avenue. It’s a lot of concrete around us, but we’ve made our space feel comfortable. If you’re visiting, you have to go through the main gate security first. It’s a bit of a process but it keeps things quiet for us to work.
