Our shop is in Baraula Market, Sector-49, right on the first floor of B-1A, Kalyani Kunj. Being in the market means it’s always lively outside. We have a lot of fabric swatches, paint chips, and wood samples piled up on the shelves. It’s a bit cramped because we keep a lot of materials on hand to show people. When someone walks in, they usually have to step over a roll of carpet or a box of hardware. We spend our days talking to carpenters and trying to figure out how to fit a big wardrobe into a small bedroom. It’s a lot of measuring and then measuring again just to be sure. We’ve been in this spot for a while, and the locals know us. We don’t have a fancy showroom with perfect lighting. It’s more like a workshop where things are constantly being moved around. Sometimes the dust from the street gets in, but that’s just how it is in Baraula. We handle everything from picking out curtains to figuring out where the kitchen sink should go. It’s a lot of back and forth with suppliers and making sure the delivery truck doesn’t get stuck in the market traffic. We just like making houses look a bit better for the people living in them. It's a lot of work but it keeps us busy every day while we handle the local projects.
