Kulpoon is based over in Sector 92, Noida. If you know the area, it’s a bit quieter than the main commercial hubs, which we actually prefer for getting work done. Our office at B 8 is where the team gathers every morning. We started this because we saw a need for basic business support around this part of town. There aren't many frills in our office. We have our computers, a small pantry for making tea, and enough chairs for everyone. Most days are spent dealing with various business requirements that come our way. We aren't trying to be the biggest firm out there, just a group of people who know how to handle the work. Sometimes the internet acts up or the traffic on the way in is a real headache, but that’s just life in Noida. We’ve grown a little bit since we first moved in, but the vibe is still pretty much the same as it was on day one. It's relaxed but busy. We don't spend much time on fancy meetings or long speeches. Instead, we just check our lists and start working. Usually, someone brings in snacks to share in the afternoon. It’s a small team, so we all know what’s going on with each project. Being located in UP gives us a good base to reach our clients. We just show up, do the job, and head home. That is pretty much how it goes for us here every day.
