Kshitiz Tart Private Limited

Kshitiz Tart Private Limited is situated at D-042 in Beta-1. This is over in Greater Noida. We are a small team and we spend most of our time in the kitchen. As the name suggests, we work a lot with tarts. The dough has to be just right, or the whole thing falls apart. It is a lot of rolling and cutting. Greater Noida is a quiet area, and Beta-1 is where we have set up our shop. It is not a huge place. We have a few ovens and a big table for prep work. Every morning, we check our stock of butter and flour. We do not have any corporate goals or big presentations. We just want to make sure the tarts come out of the oven looking okay. Sometimes they burn, and we have to throw them out. That is part of the job. We do not use any fancy language to describe what we do. We are just bakers. The address at D-042 is where you will find us most days. We do not go out much. We just stay inside and keep the timers going. It is a lot of standing on hard floors. Our backs hurt by the end of the shift. But we keep going because this is what we do. We are just a regular business in Greater Noida trying to keep things moving.
