Kraftland Consults Private Limited operates out of 501/1A in Crescent Court, which is part of the Jaypee Greens area in 201308 Greater Noida-Gautam Buddha Nagar. It’s a nice enough spot, and the view from the window is better than what we had before. We do consulting work, mostly helping people figure out the logistics of their own projects. We aren't a massive operation. It’s just a handful of us who’ve been working together for a while now. The office feels a bit like a home because it’s in a residential complex. We have a small kitchen where we make a lot of tea and a main table where we do most of our brainstorming. We don’t have a corporate dress code or a set of complex rules for the staff. We just show up, do the work, and try to be helpful to the people who reach out. Sometimes we get stuck on a problem for hours, and other times things just click. We don’t use a lot of big words or try to act like we have all the answers. We just offer a fresh set of eyes on whatever people bring to us. It’s a quiet way to make a living, and we like the community here in Greater Noida. People often drop by without an appointment, and we usually have time for a quick chat. It’s a relaxed but hardworking atmosphere, which is exactly how we wanted it to be when we started. We are happy here.
