Koushal Vikas Yojna Foundation is situated in Sodepur, over in Indira Nagar. Specifically, we are at Block 3, at the address LP-23/47/2. It’s a busy neighborhood with a lot of families and small shops. We’ve been in this spot for a while, and it suits us just fine. The office isn't very large, so it can get a bit cramped when we have a few people over. We focus a lot on skills and helping people find ways to work. It’s practical stuff that people actually need. We don't believe in a lot of fluff or fancy presentations. Usually, we just sit down with someone and see what they can do and how we can help. Sodepur is a good place to be because there are always people looking for opportunities. Sometimes the traffic in Indira Nagar makes it hard for people to reach us on time, but we don't mind waiting. We aren't a big corporation with rules for everything. We just try to be helpful and honest. If the fan is working and we have some tea, we're happy. Our team is small, but we know the area and the people well. It’s more like a group of friends working together than a formal business. We just want to see our neighbors do better for themselves. That is really all there is to it.
